Refunds for Services

All treatments and medical services provided at Revive Regenix are non-refundable once they have been performed.

Because many of our treatments involve medical procedures, individualized protocols, and professional time, results may vary from person to person. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact our office within 48 hours of your appointment so our team can review your case and determine the best way to address your concerns.

Our goal is always to work with you to ensure the best possible outcome.

Refunds for Products

If you purchased a retail product from Revive Regenix and are not satisfied, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Products must:

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Show minimal use

  • Include proof of purchase

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased at Revive Regenix are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

However, gift cards may:

  • Be transferred to another individual, or

  • Be used toward any product or treatment offered at Revive Regenix.

Deposits for Appointments

Certain treatments and consultations may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied toward a future appointment if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit.

Promotional Offers and Packages

Promotional treatments, discounted services, and package purchases are subject to the specific terms of the promotion.

These offers are typically non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of the refund request or receipt of returned products.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.
