All treatments and services are subject to prior evaluation and approval by our professional team. Results may vary from person to person depending on individual health conditions, lifestyle, and adherence to the recommended treatment plan.

Promotions, packages, and special offers are available for a limited time, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Revive Regenix reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to applicable fees according to our internal policy.

By receiving any treatment, you confirm that you have provided complete and accurate medical information. Revive Regenix is not responsible for any reactions or complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

Our services are intended for aesthetic, wellness, and supportive health purposes and are not a substitute for specialized medical care when needed.

Revive Regenix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to ensure the best experience and safety for our clients.

SMS Program

When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive messages related to appointment reminders and confirmations, customer support responses, automated replies outside business hours, and post-visit review invitations.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP.” After you send the message “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you decide to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.
